Monday Motivation!

Bend and Stretch with upper body flexion transition into 100s using the small stability ball between the ankles. This full exercise is level 2 and up- to modify leave head down for the bend and stretch portion, remove or move up the stability ball, this can also be done in tabletop with or without a ball prop.  Have FUN!!
