Side Bend Prep with supporting knee on mat . Side Bend . Side Bend Twist . Targeting the transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, internal and external obliques, hip extensors, multifidus, scapular stabilizers as well as the hip abductors and adductors. Focusing on the goal of maintaining shoulder, ribcage and pelvic stabilization.
